com) is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for one of our premier clients in the Pinellas Park, FL area.

Responsibilities:
Performs various facilities maintenance duties including:
Heavy Preventive Maintenance on systems and equipment.
Performing basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using power tools.
Light janitorial duties expected.
May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.
Hands on contributor position.
No managerial or lead dutiesRequired Skills Basic equipment/machine repair and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Skills:
A collection of any of the following skills:
basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using power tools.
Industrial electrical experience Carpentry or plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills; proficient with multi-meter Electrical Controls and PLC experience/troubleshooting (ability to program is desired) Hydraulic experience to include reading hydraulic schematics Light fabrication skills/Mill and Lathe experience Commercial plumbing repairs Equipment maintenance including HVACR experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
