The patented, pet safe and non-toxic technology that utilizes a patented technology to disinfect the customer's home or office, leaving it mold spore free for at least 12 months after the application.
We are rapidly expanding and thus need to fill a sales administrative assistant position.
This position would provide clerical/administrative and minor IT support for the sales department, type, file, handle mail, help answering phones, and perform other jobs critical to office operations, including record keeping responsibilities such as sales reports, electronic databases, insurance paperwork collection such as signed paperwork from the clients, mold and water remediation records or logs from the technicians, and submitting completed paperwork to the insurance biller.
Responsibilities:
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries, for any issues regarding Estimates.
Collecting information and helping on submissions for insurance relating to client's job.
Help answer Phones and be the point person in receiving potential sales calls and inquiries and answering questions or referring calls to the sales professionals.
Tracking leads and scheduling appointments for the sales professionals Maintain client database by inputting client profile and updates Following up on client estimates Collecting payments from clients either through direct pick up of checks, credit card or on-line systems.
Create, maintain, and update a variety of metrics reporting tools on a daily, weekly, monthly basis Office Administration Communicate important feedback from clients internally Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of clerical experience, office administration, data entry etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures including some experience with insurance.
Flexible - willing to take on new tasks as required and change processes to best support the sales and Pre-production team Proven experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent A great sense of humor coupled with a desire to make it a win for all Strong computer skills, proficient with Mac and PC Google Platforms.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is required.
Working knowledge of management software programs and CRMs.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners Must have a high school diploma Have a drivers license and can drive Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
